01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h5bj ("h5bj", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the h5bj website at https://h5bj.im and all associated services, games, betting facilities, and promotional offers provided thereon.

By registering an account on h5bj, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the h5bj platform. h5bj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on h5bj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. h5bj strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any individual's jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, or automated agents may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC verification.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an h5bj employee or any of its technology, game supply, or payment partners.
• You must not already hold an existing h5bj account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on h5bj at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your h5bj username and password at all times.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses the platform using your credentials.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Promptly notifying h5bj support via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

h5bj will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from h5bj that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

h5bj reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on h5bj are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h5bj supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC through approved agents.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your h5bj account within seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan, and Raast are typically credited within one (1) banking business hour, subject to inter-bank processing times outside h5bj's control.
• h5bj does not charge a platform fee for deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which h5bj accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the h5bj account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Incomplete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold pending document submission.
• Withdrawal turnaround for KYC-verified accounts is typically under ten (10) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfer methods.
• h5bj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

h5bj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP reward credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are credited in bonus balance form and are kept separate from your real-money balance. Bonus balance is used first when wagering, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
• Free bets and free spin credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real money. Only winnings generated from free bets/spins (above the stake) are credited as withdrawable funds, subject to any stated wagering conditions.
• h5bj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to void bonus credits from accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: duplicate account usage, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• h5bj may impose maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus play, as specified in individual promotion terms.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on h5bj — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, cricket betting, golf betting, Tongits Go, and all other products — are governed by individual game rules available within each game or betting market interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you agree to the applicable game rules in force at that time.

• All bets placed on h5bj are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed after confirmation except where h5bj determines at its discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions — h5bj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts without notice.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by physical dealing/spinning in the case of live dealer games. h5bj does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). h5bj's settlement decision is final in cases of dispute.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• h5bj accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failure, or interruption of your internet service during gameplay.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h5bj and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one h5bj account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit promotions or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviours for personal gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to h5bj support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through the h5bj platform. h5bj complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity in accordance with its regulatory requirements.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any part of the h5bj platform, its software, or its content.

08 KYC & Identity Verification

h5bj is required under its international gaming license to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. As part of these requirements, h5bj may request identity and address verification documentation from players at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing the first withdrawal.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence — must be valid and unexpired.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name, or bank account statement for bank transfer methods.

h5bj reserves the right to place a hold on account activity — including withdrawals — until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure in accordance with h5bj's regulatory obligations.

09 Responsible Gaming

h5bj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your h5bj account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of active play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the h5bj platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, no new account may be opened during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the h5bj platform, including but not limited to the h5bj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of h5bj or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h5bj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any h5bj content without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5bj, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to connectivity failures, device malfunction, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in third-party game software or RNG outcomes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Decisions made in good faith by h5bj in the settlement of bets or application of these Terms.

h5bj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

h5bj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon termination for cause, h5bj may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to be legitimately won, it will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to h5bj.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting h5bj support via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

13 Amendments to Terms

h5bj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, h5bj will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via a notification within the platform, an email to the registered account address, or a prominent notice on the h5bj website.

Your continued use of the h5bj platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5bj holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through h5bj's internal dispute process.

h5bj makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your account username]". h5bj will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 business days of receipt.
